SEASHORE, a premium development with direct access to the coastal waterfront and beach, enjoys a privileged location either by its sun exposure or by the beauty of the sea views.
Project
The project is signed by the experienced and award-winning Atelier d’Arquitectura Lopes da Costa, with international reputation, having developed projects with different scales in several countries. Its contemporary architecture is marked by the purity of forms, natural light valorisation, dialogue between materials, as well as the rational and functional design of spaces, resulting in engaging, fluid and elegant projects, such as the SEASHORE.
Quality of life
The building, designed in a horizontal gesture, is the result of a functional organization of the apartments, determined by the sun exposure and sea views. The building is quite transparent to the south, punctuated and animated by vertical slates and stairs accessing the roofs, which contrast with a more closed northern facade, which is marked by triangular elements, that guide the view to the sea, allowing user privacy and animating the set.
At the western facade, the volume sits on vertical concrete elements, which function as sunscreens and create a covered gallery accessing the trade and services area, intended for a spa. This gallery marks the beginning of the western private staircase that announces the access route to the different entrances, allowing a direct relationship between the marginal avenue and the beach.
The materials were designed to be durable and low maintenance, the attention to detail finishing was one of the main concerns, always ensuring comfort and quality.
